Bookings can only be made online in the bookings section on our website or by phone at 0471.028000.

To book online, go to the booking section on our website. Click on “book your table” and a window will open where you can fill in your details. Enter the required information (name, surname, email, phone number, number of guests (the online booking systems allows you to book up to a maximum of 6 people), choose the day and time you wish to book the table and enter any special requests and/or allergies in the notes. Once you have entered the information, please check that it is correct and send your request. You need to receive a booking confirmation by email. If you do not receive a confirmation, the venue may be full and your request could be on a waiting list. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, you can contact the restaurant at 0471.028000 to find out the reason for the delay.

You can cancel a booking online. Once you have received the confirmation email, you can cancel a booking by calling us at 0471.028000 up to 24 hours before your booking time.

You can only book for up to 6 people online: for bookings of more than 6 people please call us at 0471.028000. (It is not possible to add to the number of people in the notes).

Once you have received the confirmation email, please call us at 0471.028000 and let us know what changes you want to make in your booking.

No, you can book online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

No, once you have sent your booking you need to call the restaurant at 0471.028000 to make any changes.

If the booking has already been made and confirmed and you wish to transfer it to another person, please contact the restaurant and ask for the booking to be changed. If the number of people changes, you need to check whether it is feasible.

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you entered online. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, you can contact the restaurant at 0471.028000 to find out why (for example, the restaurant could be already full on the date you selected and your booking could be on a waiting list).

You can view the menu by clicking on the “menu” link in the confirmation email or on our website https://www.ristorantezurkaiserkron.it/.

When you book online you can enter any requests and/or dietary needs in the “notes” box. Our kitchen team will suggest the right dishes according to any allergies, intolerances or dietary preferences. Our menu highlights the allergens in each dish.

Young guests are welcome in our restaurant. There are no children's menus, but they can order one or more dishes from the à la carte menu. When you book online you can enter any requests and/or needs for your children in the “notes” box.

No, it is not possible to buy a lunch or dinner online. You need to come to the restaurant in person and purchase a “gift card.”

Monday to Saturday from 12am to 3pm (Kitchen closes at 2:30pm) and from 7pm to 11pm (Kitchen closes at 9:30pm).
Closing day: Sunday.
